In strongest terms possible, H4BF condemns the killing of Mr. Pascal Ngwayi of COMINSUD – a Local NGO based in Bamenda.
He was abducted and later shot by armed men in the Donga Mantung Division of the North West Region, Cameroon on November 30th. He was on duty carrying out humanitarian assessment to ensure that the needy people receive timely and appreciate support.
H4BF joins the UN Humanitarian Coordinator for Cameroon to call on parties to respect humanitarian principles and the Geneva Convention on the prohibition of attacks against humanitarian work force and their installations.
